|2Pefendant, Scott Brown, was charged with possession of cocaine in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967 C. Following the denial of his motion to suppress, defendant pled guilty to this charge, 1 reserving his right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress under State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976). For the reasons that follow, we vacate the trial court’s ruling and remand for further proceedings.
