This is an appeal from a judgment recovered by the plaintiff against the defendant Jersey City and Lyndhurst Bus Company in the Supreme Court Circuit of Hudson County. The record discloses the following facts: Plaintiff, an infant, was invited by Joseph Bednarsld (who was a defendant below but in whose favor the jury returned a verdict of no cause of action) to ride in his automobile.
