Appellee Hander executed a note to the Industrial Transportation Company, dated August 16, 1919, payable 90 days after date, for $1,100. This note was indorsed to the Hamilton-Turner Grocery Company before maturity, who paid a valuable consideration therefor. Appellant instituted suit against Hander and the Industrial Transportation Company to recover on said note.
