SOPER, Circuit Judge.
Dubuque Fire and Marine Insurance Company, an Illinois corporation, brought this suit on October 29, 1951 against the Carl A. Wilson Insurance Agency, a South Carolina corporation, and against certain citizens of South Carolina who are agents of the company in that state, claiming that contrary to its instructions they improperly issued a fire insurance policy and committed it to a fire risk whereby it had suffered a loss of $4,525.70.
