— Orders of the Supreme Court, New York County (Ñeco, J.), entered on July 11 and 12, 1984, respectively, setting aside jury verdicts convicting defendants of attempted burglary in the third degree and dismissing the indictment,* unanimously reversed, on the law, the convictions for attempted burglary in the third degree reinstated, and the matter remanded for further proceedings.

The convictions arose from defendants’ attempts to burglarize a 1981 Dodge van of approximately IV2 tons’ capacity, used to transport cargo to and from the city’s airports. The trial court set aside the convictions…
