Aurelia B. Sparks, one of the appellants, has a money judgment against John Milton Sparks. To satisfy this judgment an execution was issued and a levy made upon certain city lots, to wit: Lots 3, 4, and 5 in block 83 in the city of Douglas. In the usual course a sale under the levy would have taken place, but the Douglas and Sparks *124Realty Company, a corporation, the appellee, sought to enjoin a sale of the property, and as a basis for injunctive relief asserted title to the property by adverse possession.
