BAUER, Circuit Judge.
Paulino Juarez was convicted of possessing a firearm as a felon, and was sentenced to 240 months’ imprisonment. We affirm.
I. Background
At 3:45 a.m. on June 12, 2003, the police received a phone call complaining of shots fired in the 4500 block of S. Wood Street in Chicago. Officers Oscar Lanza and Eliel Roa responded to the call.
