The Unemployment Compensation Board of Be-view (Board) affirmed a referee’s decision which found that Gary A. Conrad (claimant) had been self-employed while receiving unemployment compensation benefits and assessed a “fault overpayment” pursuant to Section 804(a) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law), Act of December 5, 1936, Second Ex. Seas., P.L. (1937) 2897, as amended, 43 P.S. §874 (a).
