BARD, INC., and BARD PERIPHERAL VASCULAR, INC., Defendants. A jury found defendants C.R. Bard, Inc. and Bard Peripheral Vascular, Inc. (“Bard”), strictly liable for failing to warn physicians adequately of the dangers posed in the placement, retention and extraction of Bard’s removable Meridian filter.
