Pending before the court is the plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand Case to the Circuit Court of Clay County [Docket 6]. For the reasons discussed below, this Motion is GRANTED.
I. Background
During the summer of 1999, plaintiffs Forrest and Patricia Loudin met several times with employees of Freedom Homes, *391allegedly now known as CMH Homes, Inc.
