Presently before the court in the above-captioned cause is a motion by defendant Paccar, Inc., to exclude from trial on plaintiffs’ claim of defective truck cab-roof design any and all evidence relating to truck cab design and manufacture, other than evidence of compliance or noncompliance with applicable federal statutes and regulations.
