Appellants, the employer/carrier (E/C), appeal from a workers’ compensation order awarding temporary partial disability benefits from April 24, 1987 to November 10, 1987 and wage loss benefits from November 11, 1987 to June 30, 1989. Appellants contend that the trial court erred in accepting the testimony of claimant’s unauthorized chiropractor over the medical reports of claimant’s orthopedic surgeon and erred in awarding temporary partial disability benefits, wage loss, and bad faith attorney fees.
