These are appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered January 13, 1969 in Fulton County and February 6, 1969 in Hamilton County, which granted plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment, (2) the judgments entered thereon, and (3) an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered March 4, 1969 in Hamilton County, which denied defendant’s motion for rehearing, renewal and reargument.
