OPINION

EASTAUGH, Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

A jury awarded Randal Roller damages against Hagen Insurance, Inc. after finding that Hagen negligently failed to secure workers’ compensation insurance for Roller’s business, leaving Roller without coverage for an on-the-job injury. Hagen challenges various rulings of the superior court, and Roller cross-appeals. We affirm. Because there was evidence Hagen’s negligence caused Roller to suffer a denial of medical treatment, it was not error to submit Roller’s emotional distress claim to the jury, whether or not there was evidence Roller’s distress was…
