These are two petitions for review which were filed in the office of the director of labor by an injured employee, who was receiving compensation for partial incapacity under the workmen’s compensation act, general laws 1938, chapter 300, article III, §13. They were ultimately heard together de novo in the superior court and thereafter were denied and dismissed on the ground that the decree which the employee was seeking to have reviewed by each petition did not fix compensation and therefore was not reviewable under §13.
