CRANDALL, Presiding Judge.

Petitioner, S.R. (wife), appeals from a decree of dissolution of marriage. Respondent, S.M.R. (husband), cross-appeals. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.

On October 29, 1985, husband filed a motion to dismiss wife’s appeal for violation of Rule 84.04(c) in that wife failed to set forth a fair and concise statement of facts free from argument and for violation of Rule 84.04(h) in that wife failed to provide citations to the legal file and transcript for all statements of fact.
