Error to Cooper Circuit Court. The following is the entire bond sued upon: “ Know all men by these presents, that we, John H. Hill, as principal, and William B. Short and George Stucker, as securities, are held and firmly bound unto James R. Ham in the just and full sum of fifteen hundred dollars, for the just and full payment' whereof we bind ourselves5 our heirs, administrators and assigns firmly by these presents.
