This case is a sequel of Buchanan v. Buchanan, 170 Va. 458, 197 S. E. 426, 116 A. L. R. 688. In the present suit the trial court sustained a demurrer to the bill of complaint and dismissed it. The plaintiff, Ruth Lester Buchanan, has appealed.
The bill is voluminous, covering twenty-five pages of the printed record. Its sufficiency as a statement of a cause of action of which a court of equity has jurisdiction is the question presented, and it seems necessary to here set forth the bill’s allegations.
