This appeal involves the availability of monetary relief and attorney fees in a trademark infringement action brought under § 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a) (1994). The International Star Class Yacht Racing Association (“ISCYRA”) appeals from a portion of the judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Robert P.
