The Citizens’National Bank, appellant, conducts its business in its own banking house on Washington street in the city of New Castle, Penna. In constructing its banking room a mahogany front was placed in that part of the building facing Washington street, the .principal business street in the city of New Castle. The banking house is at the corner of Washington and Mill streets and built on the line of Washington street.
