This is an antitrust class action brought by merchants against Visa, MasterCard, and a number of banks, alleging that the defendants conspired to fix certain credit card fees and rules. In a December 13, 2013 memorandum and order, DE 6124, 986 F.Supp.2d 207, 2013 WL 6510737 (E.D.N.Y.2013) (“Approval Order”), I approved a settlement, see DE 2111.
