The action was commenced December 14th, 1931, in order to recover compensation for injuries sustained June 22d, 1931. The case was tried by the District Court, without a jury, July 7th, 1932.
The defendant requested an adjournment in order to obtain the testimony of two non-resident witnesses. Such applica*153tion was addressed to the sound discretion of the trial judge. There is nothing before us to show that the refusal of the motion was erroneous or a clear abuse of discretion. Michael v. Southern Lumber Co., 101 N. J. L. 1; 127 Atl. Rep. 580.
