In consolidated proceedings pursuant to article 7 of the Real Property Tax Law, the Assessor and the Board of Assessment Review of the Town of Islip appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Geiler, J.), dated January 5, 1981, which, inter alia, confirmed a report (as amended) of the referee, and reduced the assessments for each of the tax years under review. Judgment modified, on the law, by deleting from the fifth decretal paragraph the words “at the rate of 6% per annum” and substituting therefor the words “at the rate of 3% per annum”.
