Kavanagh, J.(1) Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Teresi, J.), entered December 6, 2007 in Greene County, which denied defendants’ motion to renew, and (2) motion to dismiss appeal.

Since 2001, plaintiffs and defendants have owned, as tenants in common, a lake house located on Sleepy Hollow Lake in the Town of Coxsackie, Greene County. Plaintiffs, a married couple, and defendants, a married couple, each own a one-half interest in the property.
