Kleiner v. Parker

This suit was brought by appellant, on behalf of himself and other taxpayers of Arkansas County, against the county .judge, county clerk, commissioners and contractors, for the purpose of enjoining the defendants from constructing a courthouse in the Northern District of said county, and to enjoin them from proceeding under the orders of the court or the contract, and to prohibit the clerk from issuing warrants, and the plaintiff asked that the contract be declared void.
