OPINION

This matter comes before the Court following an Order to Show Cause hearing held this day. On October 18, 2010, the Court sua sponte issued an Order and, Writ of Prohibition against Frank Seanez, Chief Legislative Counsel in which the Court ordered Mr. Seanez to immediately desist and refrain from giving legal advice and issuing opinions and memoranda that defy orders of the Navajo Nation courts and to appear at the above hearing to show cause why this Court should not take disciplinary action against him for his con*332duct as set forth in that Order.
