MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ALESIA, District Judge.

Before the court is defendants Miller, Johnson & Kuehris and Thomas F. Ward’s motion to transfer this case to the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). For the reasons that follow, the court denies defendants’ motion.

I. BACKGROUND
