This matter is before the Court upon Reston North Point Village Limited Partnership’s, the Lemer Corporation’s, Peter Henry’s and John Hemy’s (“Defendants”) Plea in Bar and Demurrer to Little Professor Book Company of Reston, Virginia, Inc.’s, James Holsinger’s and Marilyn Holsinger’s (“Plaintiffs”) Amended Motion for Judgment.
