I. Introduction '
Plaintiff Resolution Trust Corporation as conservator for Pioneer Federal Savings and Loan brought suit against defendant TriState Realty Investors of K.C., Inc. for judgment on a promissory note. The matter is currently before the court on plaintiffs motion to dismiss defendant’s affirmative defenses for lack of subject matter jurisdiction (Doc. # 19).
