I respectfully dissent.

For the reasons assigned in my dissenting opinion on the first appeal in this case, A. A. Home Improvement Company v. Irwin, 203 So.2d 888 (1967), I respectfully dissent from the majority opinion on this appeal.

I am still of the opinion that the plaintiff is entitled to full recovery.
