In a subrogation action to recover for property damage, the defendants Quality Building Contractor, Inc., Howard L. Zimmerman Architects, PC., and Affordable Concrete Construction, Inc. separately appeal, as limited by their respective briefs, from *596so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Cullen, J.), dated February 14, 2007, as, upon, in effect, reargument, denied their respective motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims insofar as asserted against them.
