Defendant-Appellant Pilot Life Insurance Co. (Pilot Life) appeals the order of the district court granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee Billy Vance in this dispute over the scope of Pilot Life’s medical insurance contract with Vance. Pi lot Life argues that the district court erred as a matter of law in concluding that a particular clause in the contract did not exclude coverage under the circumstances of this case. For the following reasons, we affirm.
