This is an action by Bernard Turmenne (d/b/a Turmenne’s Sewing Center) to recover damages from White Consolidated Industries, Inc. (“White”), Evelyn Cassin (d/b/a White Sewing Centres of New England) and Domestic Sewing Machine Co., Inc. (“Domestic”) for alleged violations of antitrust laws, sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1, 2. The amended complaint alleges that Turmenne is engaged in the purchase and retail distribution of sewing machines in New England and that in September 1962 he entered into a dealer franchise agreement with…
