W.C. Conley (employee) appeals the award of the Labor and Industrial Rela tions Commission of Missouri (Commission). The Commission adopted the findings of fact and conclusions of law of the administrative law judge (ALJ) and affirmed the decision denying compensation from the Second Injury Fund (Fund) because employee failed to satisfy the threshold requirements provided in section 287.220.1 RSMo 1994 (all further references will be to RSMo 1994 unless otherwise indicated).
