OPINION

The above entitled action for Damages, Breach of Contract, came on for a decision by the court on the Pleadings Memoranda of Law and Motions of the parties. The Attor*9neys for the Plaintiff are Bailey, Wood and Rosenberg, and for the Defendant are Grunert, Stout, Hymes and Mayer.
