Thompson, Justice.

Areguss Anton Clark was convicted by a jury of malice murder, and numerous other crimes stemming from the shooting death of Marcus Jester, and a crime spree which ensued.* 1 On appeal, Clark challenges an aspect of the jury instruction, and asserts that a verdict of acquittal should have been directed with respect to a charge of aggravated assault on Dwight Harris. Finding no error, we affirm.
