The State appeals from a trial court order terminating its prosecution of Jerry Campbell for criminal trespass and misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement officers. Specifically, Campbell, mid-trial, moved for a mistrial and, in the alternative, for a directed verdict, before the State had concluded its presentation of evidence.
