Petitioners are the Williams Investment Company, a corporation domiciled in the city of New Orleans, La., and Frank- R. Bishop, William Troesclier, Edward H. Pedeaux, Dr. Euclid J. Richard, and Hardy E. Mulligan, all residents of that city.

■ On March 1, 1926, petitioners entered into an agreement with each other, and with defendants, Rozell McWilliams, a real estate broker, and Mrs. O. B.
