NEAL, Judge.

This is an election contest brought by James J. Weldon, a write-in candidate for district attorney for the Twelfth Judicial District in the November 1980 general election.

Procedural History.

In the 1980 general election write-in campaigns were being conducted for the offices of United States Representative for the Second Congressional District, Santa Fe County Sheriff, and District Attorney for the Twelfth Judicial District.
