STERLING, District Judge.

This is an employment discrimination case brought against Texas International Airlines and Air Transport District Lodge No. 146 International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers and International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO, the union representing the allegedly aggrieved plaintiff. Plaintiff, in his original complaint, asserts two causes of action in two counts. Both are vague and put forth in general terms.
