ITR Properties, Inc., doing business as LeMans I Apartments, leased to Timi Trawick a residential apartment for a period of 12 months ending August 31, 1978. The rent was payable monthly in advance at a gross rate of $280 per month, but if the rent was received in the rental office prior to the 6th of the month a discount of $15 was allowed and the net rent was stated to be $265.
