This is an action in mandamus wherein the Relator, the Superintendent of Insurance for the State of' New York as domiciliary receiver of the Preferred Accident Insurance Company of New York, in the process of liquidating said company, seeks a Writ of Mandamus requiring the Respondent as Director of Commerce and Superintendent of Insurance of the State of Ohio respectively, to issue written instructions to the Treasurer of the State of Ohio to deliver possession of certain United States Treasury Bonds having a face value of $60,000.00, deposited with the said…
