Chief Judge BAKER delivered the opinion of the Court.

A general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted Appellant, contrary to his pleas, of one specification of an indecent act in violation of Article 120, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 920 (2012). The panel sentenced Appellant to six months of confinement, reduction to E-l, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and a bad-conduct discharge.
