MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
VAN BEBBER, District Judge.
Shirley Smotherman and her minor children, plaintiffs (Doc. 4), and intervenor Travelers Insurance Company (Doc. 7) move the court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1332 and 1447(c) for an order remanding this case to the District Court of Johnson County, Kansas. Movants also seek costs, including reasonable attorney fees, under 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c) for improper removal.
