OPINION
TIPTON, J.
The defendant, Anthony E. Richardson, appeals as of right from his conviction by a jury in the Shelby County Criminal Court for first degree murder. The trial court sentenced the defendant to life imprisonment with the possibility of parole. On appeal, the defendant presents the following issues:(1) whether the evidence is sufficient to support the first degree murder conviction;(2) whether the trial court erred by not declaring a mistrial when the prosecutor made biblical references during his closing argument; and(3) whether the trial court properly charged the jury with…
