This was a bill filed March 19,1895, by appellee, to set aside an order of the Probate Court of Cook County, a release executed by one John Kraus, formerly guardian of appellee, to appellants, and a judgment of the Circuit Court of Cook County, in favor of appellants, in which they were defendants and appellee was plaintiff. The court granted a decree as prayed by the bill. October 23, 1890, appellee sued appellants in the Circuit Court for negligence, by reason of which he alleges his arm was crushed and had to be amputated near…
