The Pleadings

Gary Williams (“plaintiff”), secured creditor of L & S Industries, Inc. (“debtor”), filed this Adversary Complaint to Modify the Automatic Stay so as to enforce a note and security agreement he held in debtor’s assets. 1 Debtor answered and pleaded with fourteen Affirmative Defenses and/or Counterclaims.
