Frank Nease appeals the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission disqualifying him from unemployment benefits for six weeks. The appeal is dismissed as moot.
Mr. Nease applied for unemployment benefits after he was discharged by his employer, Independent Living Resource Center, Inc. A deputy with the Division of Employment Security determined that Mr. Nease was disqualified for benefits for four weeks because he was discharged for misconduct connected with work.
