BELL, Chief Justice.
Appellant was the owner of a policy of insurance covering loss occasioned by expenses incurred if he was hospitalized because of illness or injury. The policy also covered doctors’ bills for certain specified operations and for minor injuries where there was not confinement in a hospital.
Appellant was severely burned in September, 1962, and was taken to John Sealy Hospital in Galveston. He was confined to the hospital for about 90 days. Extensive skin grafts were made during his confinement. The cost of hospitalization, including the skin grafts, was $1,664.10. Appellant’s…
