This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction for the offense of manslaughter in the first degree. Punishment was fixed at two years in the penitentiary of Alabama.

The death of Frances W. Wiggins and Charles Mathew Wiggins was caused by a head-on collision between the automobile in which they were riding and a vehicle being driven by the defendant, Foy Junior Ed-son.
